1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Cash App, Zelle and Vemon . All the prices listed are in American US Dollars.

2. Is the picture I'm seeing of your actual stock?
Of course, the pictures are of original stock that we are offering. These pictures have been taken by our staffs for the purpose of displaying it to our customers on our website. All the pictures are taken from the bags in stock from our own studio.

3. What are your Guarantees?
We focus on using genuine leather so that it looks like the authentic bags. Handles, straps and some other details of the bags will oxidize over time, it will turn into a darker honey color. Small details like stickers, extra extension straps, hardware, care cards etc we make sure it is exactly replicated of the authentic products. Each of the products also comes with serial numbers.
It will take 3 business days for us to prepare your shipment and issue you its tracking numbers. Our delivery time-frame is within 8-10 days.
The photos that are displayed on our website are of our own stock merchandise, and you will receive exactly the same products like displayed on our website.
Exchanges & refunds are accepted 1 week after the package has been delivered.

4. Do you accept returns?
100% Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. Anyhow if you are dissatisfied with our product you can return the product to us, you can have it shipped back to us by USPS (Ems) courier. We will offer you a replacement or a refund. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, our customer will need to shipp the purchased product back to us. The product should be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it (in unused condition.) All tags and additional accessories of the product must be shipped back to us. In case of return for refunds: 5% restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount. After the package has been shipped back to us please provide us with tracking numbers of the package. Once we received the returned package, we will then proceed with the exchange or refund process. You can contact customer service for further support.

5. Will anyone know this bag is a replica bag?

2. What about customs?
We believe in shopping which is done without any hassle. We have a 100% delivery rate, all of our customers receive their package on time-frame without paying any extra fees. If in any-case the package is stuck in the customs, we will offer you a full refund.

3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping can be tracked via tracking numbers of the package issued to you within 3 business days. Packages are delivered within 8-10 days. If you are not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, you can call up the courier to re-deliver it according to your conveniences.

4. What about import taxes?
We always declare the value of $32 on the package, so that our clients are relieved from any kind of import tax as most of the country allows an exemption in import tax up to the value of $32.
All the packages are delivered via UPS and Fedex courier.

5. How does my tracking number work?
